The category "MOVIES ON ORDER" is a category in our store in which there are films not available in our warehouse.
All films visible in the offer of our store are available for order.
The lead time for such an order is approximately 30 days. This time may be extended, about which you will be informed by e-mail.
The order must be paid in advance, it is not possible to pay on delivery for films from the "MOVIES ON ORDER" category.
We fulfill 99% of such orders, however, it may happen that the titles offered in our store are no longer available from our distributors and the order for a given title will not be fulfilled. In this case, you will be refunded the amount for the given title.
There are two refund options:

- a discount coupon for shopping in our store for the equivalent of the unrealized title(s)
