How to check product availability?

For each product there is information about its availability in the store:

  • Out of stock - temporarily 0 items in stock; if you are very interested in this product, please let us know via email:
  • Running out - the last pieces of a given product, it's worth to hurry up with the purchase!
  • Medium quantity - we have at least a few/over a dozen copies
  • Large Quantity - We have enough product in stock to handle many orders
  • Available on request - we can import this product especially for you - contact us by email:
  • Pre-order - product will be available soon
  • Out of stock - the product is no longer available in our store's offer

How to check the status of the order?

We will send information about the progress of your order to your e-mail address. In addition, after logging into your account, you will have access to all information about your current and already completed orders: status, content, addresses provided, etc.

How long will I wait for the shipment?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with information with a link that you must click to confirm the order - then we also start the process of its implementation. Information about the status of your order will be sent to your email address on an ongoing basis.

Date of receipt of the package = date of shipment + delivery time

The shipping date depends on the availability of products and the chosen form of payment, while the delivery time depends on the chosen form of delivery.

What are the delivery methods?

Depending on the quantity and weight of the products you order, the selected form of payment and your own preferences, you can choose one of the delivery methods:

  •      DPD courier company
  •      Polish Post (priority mail) or courier
  •      InPost parcel lockers
  •      ORLEN Pack

How much will I pay for the shipment?

You will know the total cost of delivery of the order after adding products to the basket and selecting the delivery method and payment method that interests you - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid. Depending on the selected payment method and delivery method.

How to pay for the order?

Depending on the value of the order, the chosen form of delivery and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

  •      Bank transfer
  •      electronic payment (on-line transfer) supported by PAYBYLINK.PL

What are discount coupons?

In many promotional campaigns, we offer our customers discount coupons. They have the form of codes that should be entered in the basket, in the appropriately marked field. This will recalculate the amount to be paid, taking into account the discount.

Remember that most discount codes have an expiry date. After its expiry, the discount code ceases to be active - it will not grant a specific discount.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, you can receive a VAT invoice for products purchased in our store. For this purpose, when placing an order, select the "company" option in the form with your data and enter the invoice data. Information on the desire to receive a VAT invoice should be placed in the Notes (section "Additional information"). If the shipping address is different from the invoice details, select the "other shipping address" option in the form and enter the address to which the order should be sent.

The VAT invoice date is the date of shipment of your order. It is not possible to change this date.

How to change my order?

You can modify your orders only until its content is complete. Once it has been sent to the indicated address, modification is no longer possible. For any modification of your order (change of address, addition of a product to the order, change of payment or delivery method), please contact us as soon as possible - preferably by e-mail:

I placed an incorrect order. How do I cancel them?

You can cancel your orders only until its contents are completed. Once it has been sent to the address provided, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible - preferably by e-mail

Where is my shipment?

By choosing the courier delivery option, you will receive an e-mail with the number of the waybill and a link to the page where you can track the location of your parcel on an ongoing basis. This link is also visible to registered customers of the store, in the preview of the details of the placed order, in the Shipment column.

Do the products sold have a guarantee?

Yes, the products available in the assortment of our store have a manufacturer's guarantee valid in Poland.

Information about the warranty period can be found in the product description, as well as on the manufacturers' websites. It is important to keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) as well as the original packaging until the end of the warranty period. This is the basis for submitting complaints.

I have a problem with the product I ordered. What now?

Always check that the package has not been damaged in transit before receiving it. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the shipment and then contact us.

If you want to file a complaint, make sure whether the product should be advertised in our store or at the manufacturer. Information on this subject can be found in the warranty card, as well as in the product description on our website or on the manufacturer's website.

Can I return the purchased product?

Yes, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the order, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving a reason. However, such goods cannot bear traces of use, cannot be destroyed or damaged, and must be in the original packaging with all its contents.
